why is it that everytime I file a CFPB I have someone reach out to me via phone? Are they obligated to do that because what I wrote for my complaint should have been pretty straightforward? Because there was one time i answered in the past and the person just told me they started working on the case and they neither requested or provided me with any new information. I feel it's a huge waste of time and even a slight annoyance. Does anyone else feel this way?
How many and over what period of time have you filed complaints? Any possibility CFPB is subjecting you to a protocol for vexatious filers?
