I just got a replacement Double Cash card since my old one was pretty beat up by using it at the ATM's alot since I pay them that way. They have made some subtle improvements, the fragile holographic mag strip is gone and replaced with a dark blue one that feels more durable, most importantly, the account info on the back is no longer printed, it's slightly raised like on the Sapphire cards. The quality of the plastic also seems to be much better now, I weighed both and the new ones is slightly heavier. We'll see how the new one holds up.
