Ugh. Had a vendor who ran off with some prepaid funds a couple of years ago. Boss man took a cold call CA's offer to attempt to collect the debt for a percentage of the return.
CA now wants us to front $1200 to start legal proceedings with no guarantee we'd see anything in return. The blasted debt is only $1400. Sheesh.
