Yups and to futher expand upon this,  to reach the 'Member' level, it takes about 5 posts/60 minutes online as a general requirement.

At this level, one can create a signature and post images.

Essentially yes, execpt that posts you make in the SmorgasBoard (this) section of the forum don't count toward your post count.

Upgrading is handled automagically by the forum software and you'll get a congratulations email each time your rank up.

Well dang... Im way past that and im still at "New Member" rank!

I been trying to put in some work on here to level up! I really really enjoy this resource, it has provided SOOOO much info that you cant just find online with a quick Google.

Is there an update available for how to move forward in the rankings? Before my profile was erased from the FF, my ranking was much higher. Now I'm finding every log in doesn't increase my count. No, I'm not signing out and immediately signing back in.  Even after waiting five hours, a new sign in didn't count. 

Hope someone will explain how this now works. Thank you.

Ranking is is a secret sauce recipe But, in general, it is mostly correlated to Post counts. The number  of Sign ins is a lesser weighted factor.

I didn't say that.  Again it is a secret recipe but I think Posts tend to affect rank most.

See if you rank up after another 20 posts @CorpCrMgr1 .
