Hey Folks,
Ford CEO Alan Mulally has made the committment to
return to Washington, DC this week by car when he
appears before Congress. The other two CEO's haven't
announced their plans, but now that Mulally has committed
to car travel it's pretty much a done deal that they will do
the same.
An abbreviated 10-page bailout plan from the Big 3 CEO's
must be sent to Congress tomorrow, and the CEO's will
make their personal appearances later in the week.

Sure would be funny if the CEO of Ford Motor Company rolled into town in a Toyota.
I believe each CEO drove a product of their company, and ate at "regular people" places along the way, but I did find the thought of them all driving Japanese cars, particularly hyrbids like the Prius and the Civic Hybrid, amusing.
