The average American have 2.7 credit cards. Let see how that compares to the average myFICO member. My guess is 7 cards. Count all of your open store and bank cards. Personal and Business cards. No AU.

I have 6 but I only use 2 regularly. Three are SD'd with a small, recurring charge on each to keep them active. If my Blispay wasn't shut down, I'd be using 3 regularly. I don't know if Blispay is ever coming back though.
