wildcat--
I know how you feel, it can get frustrating. Is there something in particular we can help you with? Have you pulled new reports to see what is wrong?
Feel free to post over on the RYC forum and get some assistance or PM me.
Hope you stay away, but if you need some time away, I certaintly understand that. Maybe a break to clear your head and refresh.

hey wildcat, come back! Don't let the devil win! (We will let you vent all you want!)
It may not be in the cards right now for you to get a house, I am a firm believer that everything happens for a reason. for example- my best friend had her heart set on a beautiful home, before she could get pre-approved, the house was sold. She was heartbroken, depressed, and just plain hard to be around for about a month. 2 mos later, she got a great job offer 70 miles away and her income increased $20,000. She found a home 5 mins from her new job, that home is even better than the first one she wanted, they accepted her offer and she moved in two weeks ago. Bonus: Her interest rate is now better than it would have been on house #1 last fall.
So, come back, let time work it's wonders, and keep your dreams alive!
Wildcat: There's always something great ahead. There will be a house for you and it will be the right house.
Don't give up!!!!

Don't give up. There's plenty of us fools who bought near the peak of the market, and not all will survive. Some will crash and burn and there'll be houses a plenty for a cheap price. Just be patient.
Ok, I'll bite. I'll jump on your head for you, but I'll probably fall off and break another hip.
I'm right there with you Wildcat.
Just gang in there.
