So after being in credit hell for so many years last month I was approved for a Barclay card. First month I managed to get over 4,000 points (helped traveling on vacation too and using my card in place of family who still use cash). Not to bad, and I am sure happy with the cash back for my everyday purchases I was already making.
My debit card will be collecting dust.
At first the 1 and 2 points kind of made me laugh. I thought it'd take forever to make a decent return. Didnt think every week between gas/groceries I generate over 200 points.
Cashed them out and my grocery bill from this weekend is now paid. Woo!
I love women who love credit card points.
Yeah you got to love the points and cash back for what you'll spend anyway ......me too
