Over the course of the last 3 days I've watched this provider allow 3 family members to be SIM swapped with no security measures or answers. They literally allowed a person to call in and give a name and address and then proceeded to allow them to sim swap three different lines without any verification at all. I called in to ask questions about one of the accounts and they literally gave me unfettered access because i knew the nsme and address. This is absolutely ridiculous two bank accounts drained and these idiots have no response.
