Let's all take a breath and agree there are good things about Uber Visa and Sams Club/Costco cards which benefit different people with different spending habits.
My most under rated is Amex Gold... I'm cleaning up on MR's while keeping the kids fed! Not for everyone, but the 4X grocery up to *$25K* more than eats the AF for me.

An altogether different kind of fireworks on the 4th!
In any case, I actually happen to totally agree with the OP on the EDP and Disco Miles. I see them as very underrated cards for the simple reason that as much as we love to talk about these issuers on these boards, we don't hear a lot about these two cards.
The NFCU GoRewards/MoreRewards pair gives you 3% on Restaurants, Groceries and Gas with no limits. Not to mention the low interest rates, no fee for just about anything, annual BT specials, and high CLs. You don't hear about NFCU much outside of the big CLs and good approval rates, but they are really good cards.

I find the AMEX Gold overrated.
- $6,250 spend to cover the $250 AF
- Dining credit is limited to $10 a month at only 4 places
- $100 Airline credit is limited to 1 airline a year
- Charge card
The thing with UR and MR is that the points are typically worth more than $0.01, at least if you're using them for travel. If you aren't, then you shouldn't be using cards in that space.

It's all good... Most people aren't feeding 5 teenagers either. If I didn't have the $200-300+/week grocery spend, I would be upside down in this card big time, but it does work for me. I have a $35K POT option should I need it. (I'm hoping I never do!) plus NPSL could come in handy if I didn't have the flexibility of my BoA $65K CL. (I cover and get reimbursed for some quite sizeable work expenses.) We do Cheesecake Factory once a month for the $10 off as all the kids like it.
FWIW, I'd also call BBVA Clearpoints under rated. Now that I've hit the SUB, this is my 3% back for utilities card with medical as 2%. PG&E is gouging everyone like they do every summer, so 3% eats the $1.75 credit card fee and then some. The 2% will pick up some dental needs with the kids. This covers 2 more bases for me that I previously only got 1.5% back on.
The spend categories are broad enough that just about anyone could find a fit for it,

Also, what exactly is Discover Miles? Is it cash back or is it a travel card? Where do the “miles” come in to play?
