On this Thanksgiving Day, what credit card are you most thankful for?

I'm most thankful for the Citi SYW (now Citi ThankYou rewards). I've gotten a crazy amount of statement credits this year from this card, was really glad to see the offers still rolling in after the conversion.

I'm also thankful for my Amex Aspire Hilton. Thru regular spend, I've accumulated a ton of points this year and also gotten 2 free night certificates which are pretty valuable. And that's not evening mentioning the 200 airline credit plus the 400 resort credits.

Amex Bonvoy Brilliant $9k, Expedia OneKey $30k, Fidelity $23.5k, FNBO $15k, Universal Studios Visa $15k, FourLeaf FCU $35k, US Bank Cash+ 15k, Affinity FCU $10k, Sofi $15k, Venmo Visa $15k, AAA $11.9k, Apple $8.5k, Citi Custom Cash $21k, Citi Custom Cash #2$16k, Chase Amazon $3k, Chase Flex $13.6k, Chase IHG $1k, AMEX Hilton Aspire $28k, Chase Freedom $41.5k, NFCU Plat $50k, NFCU Flagship $30k, Discover IT $36.5k, Discover Miles $20k, BECU Visa $40k, Wells Fargo Active $11.3k, PenFed Promise $15k, PenFed Gold $20k, BoA AmeriCard $14k, BoA Cash $14k, Citi TY $8k

Re: On this Thanksgiving Day, what credit card are you most thankful for?

I just posted on Reddit explaining how I got 40% cashback rate with the SYW - Citi Thank You - card in just 2 transactions.

There is nothing like it.

Re: On this Thanksgiving Day, what credit card are you most thankful for?

By far my citi SYW --> ThankYou card and my 4% Smartly.  If I could only have 2 cards, that would be them!

[Until I can make a pretty signature, here’s an updated draft]

Everyday 5% CB:
Chase prime Visa // citi CUSTOM CASH “A” // citi CUSTOM CASH “B” // citi SHOP YOUR WAY (5% gas (in points), lucrative spending offers) // mylowe’s Rewards // Target circle card // primis Perks debit Visa (50c CB per transaction (5% CB or more up to $10 spend))

5% CB rotating:
Chase “OG” freedom Visa // DISCOVER it Cash Back // nusenda CU Platinum Cash Rewards

Everyday 4% CB:
US Bank Smartly (v1.0)

Everyday 3% / 2.2% CB:
AOD FCU Visa Signature (3%, sockdrawered) // upgrade Cash Rewards Elite (2.2%, sockdrawered)

Welcome Offer / credits only:
Chase SAPPHIRE PREFFERED (grabbed my $1,000, sockdrawered, will cancel) // NFCU FLAGSHIP REWARDS (elevated Welcome Offer, annual prime credit, sockdrawered)

Hotel card:
Chase IHG ONE REWARDS PREMIER (elevated Welcome Offer, 1 free night/yr)

On my radar:
Langely FCU Signature Cash Back (5% CB monthly selectable cat) // Safe CU Cash Back+ (Quarterly rotating 5% CB cats plus bonus cats) // upgrade MyFive Cash Rewards (5% CB monthly selectable cat) // US Bank Kroger (and family) World Elite Master Card(s) (5% CB Mobile Wallet)

Re: On this Thanksgiving Day, what credit card are you most thankful for?

My US Bank Kroger card has been great. 5% on up to $3K spend with mobile wallet. No categories to deal with, minimum redemption threshold is $10 which is easy to hit. Might look at getting a second one next year. Won't be at 1/12 until June though.
