Pet Peeve for the day.....When applying for a job, don't call me when your TV is blaring in the background and when I'm about to give you some important info to jot down, don't proceed to put me on hold for 5 minutes while you look for a pen.

People whom respond to a question I ask and start their answer with the following:

 "to be honest with you"  and all derivatives thereof

So then, are all other answers to questions I ask of this person not truthful if not prefaced as such when answered?
