I have seen several posts on this site.  What exactly is it used for?  Will it get results where others can't?

I used PFB for a Verizon Wireless PFD. I sent dozens of PFDs via reg. mail with no luck, but sent one PFD via PFB. A rep for a VZW exec wrote back and called within a day and they e-mailed acceptance of the PFD and I called in a payment. Within a day, the baddie was gone.

But PFB is great for kudos and complaints alike. I had a couple unusually bad hotel experiences within the past couple of weeks. When I get back home, I'm gonna utilize PFB on one of those hotels.
