Why don't use a site like Mint that shows all of your bank and credit card balances? I do that each morning and still go to some accounts, separately; mainly to make payments.

I pay bills using an Excel spreadsheet. All of our auto pay bills except two are billed monthly to DH's American Express. Any bill that's in the process of being PIF has weekly payments set up at the beginning of each month.

I like to have all of the due dates the same for my CC's.. I also keep due date reminders on my iCal. In addition, I have slight OCD and have to check my accounts at least once a day, but I have gotten better lately, and only check every other day =P.
