So, my (private) SL company says my post rehab payment will be close to $1000.00.
My question is how long did it take your credit to recover after all the paperwork went through for your rehab? My spouse is freaking at the thought of paying a grand every month but i'm trying to reassure her that it won't be for very long because i intend to refinance as soon as my credit score goes up.
Anyone have any stories/insight they could share regarding their process/experience?
