I have tried for several months, since October to get a goodwill letter from Citibank Student loans for 3 lates on my report. I have since paid the 17k I owed these parasites in FULL but no matter who I speak to or mail letters of goodwill to I cant seem to get them to budge.
Does ANYONE have success with Citibank Student Loans? Any advice would be awesome to beat these pests.
