My Sallie Mae accounts have been broken up into 6 separate tradelines and all of which are showing lates. I'm assuming each of the lines are having a negative impact on my score.Is there any way you can work with the SM to get them combined into one account number or trade line?
Right...and a consolidation is in order at some point, but all those tradelines would remain and hurt my score. A bit of wishful thinking on my part I'm sure but my question is strictly about trade lines.
