Consolidated Student Loan Shows Original Loan Payment History

I consolidated 4 loans in 12/2008.  On my TU report, the new loan shows the payment history from an old loan.

Previously, I took 2 semesters off, and didn't know that I needed to start paying, and therefore I had a couple 120 day lates, but did not default.  I then went back to school for another 3 semesters and graduated.  This is when I consolidated 3 months ago. I disputed this with the CRA, but is this a common mistake?

Also, on my EQ and EX reports, it does not show any history of being late with the other loans that were consolidated.  It actually shows no history at all.  Just the original balance, when it was opened and that it is paid off.  Does the fact that I paid late still hurt me, or does it not hurt because the late payments are not on my report?  Thanks.
