I am sorry to hear that but I suspected as much having dealt with them myself. They are actually reporting 13 items for me, and ALL of them were always in deferment until they were paid as part of a consolidation and yet somehow they are reporting 2 of these loans with 30-90 day lates and the fact is that it NEVER happened. I have disputed this through the CRAs, no change, still comes back verified which mind you is known bull. I have written them directly, no responses at all and when I finally got someone on the phone they told me, we don't process your loan anymore so we do not have any documentation or control over the reported items anymore, which is also a factual bull. Anyway, sorry for your troubles but wanted you to know you weren't alone and what to expect.
