Fed Loan Servicing not reporting tradelines

My loans are showing as paying as agreed, but the tradelines on all of them haven't been updated since 2011.  Is this normal?  I called FedLoan and the rep couldn't understand what I was asking.  She offered to send me a credit verification.  What I want is for my little "ok" in the green box to show up every month when I make my payment.  

If the tradeline was reporting, wouldn't that help my credit score?

What can I do to fix this?

I don't think the little green boxes matter.  As long as it shows that you are making your payments (wasn't clear to me from your post), then that's all that matters.

Are you saying nothing about the tradeline has been updated, or just the green boxes?  Well, boxes

Mine never reported in a timely manner either.  I think they update them periodically rather than monthly like credit cards due.  As long as it's showing that they are paid as agreed, you shouldn't have anything to worry about.

I'm not an expert, but I agree with the others.  The most important thing is that your accts show "pays as agreed."
