Fedloan GW/Contact Info?

Has anyone had any sucess getting lates removed by Fedloan via goodwill letters? If so, could you share contact info? All I can find is a general correspondence address on their website.

I'm in the same situation and wanted to know how to proceed. I submitted an official requist through FedLoan employee, but it came back denied. Thinking about submitting one on my own now.

I find FedLoan Servicing easy to deal with probably because I haven't been late, but if you call and sound remorseful they'll fix it. When they took over my loans I did not know and I missed my first payment so I immediately called them and I spoke with the guy and sounded a lot sorry and he fixed it.
