I have two stafford loans through Sallie Mae that I received in the fall of 2003. Due to financial reasons, I had to take the next semester off and started back the following Fall. I graduated in May of 2008 while receiving nothing from Sallie Mae. One or two months after graduating, they started to bill me, but I had changed my address, so I wasn't receiving them. I also went away from the state for a summer job in Los Angeles (I'm from New England) for 3 months right after graduation. In my mind, I was aware that I had to start paying everything in November of 2008. I first found about it when I found a delinquency of it on my credit report and it was already 90 days late. Since then, I've been paying the loan no problem. The problem is I now have a total of 3 delinquent accounts because of it, and I wouldn't have had any problems paying them in time if I had known. I already paid one of the 3 accounts in full. My scores are pretty bad considering I feel like I have never made any late payments and have a 0 balance on 3 credit cards with a total credit limit of about $4500.
Is there anything I can do about this situation?

Did you file for deferment when you took the semester off?? If not, you probably used up your grace period at that time so when you graduated your loans when immeditely into repayment. So the lates would be valid.
Also , you are responsible for keeping your lender informed of your address at all times. I used to tell my borrowers to call your studen loan lenders BEFORE you called your mom with your new address.
