Here's my situation. Student loan closed April of 2011. How can they report late payments from October of 2011-March of 2012 if they account was closed???????

Deferment then transferred from Sallie Mae to Dept of Ed Sallie Mae

So it's a paid off loan?

No I'm still paying monthly payments. The loans were transferred from Sallie Mae to Dept of Ed Sallie Mae. I have s total of four TL for these two student loans. Two from Sallie Mae that were reported closed/transferred 4/2011. But is reporting lates from Oct of 2011 Thru Mar of 2012. And two from Dept of Ed. Pays as agreed. Current

Have you spoken with Sallie Mae yet? What did they say?

Think you should dispute with the CRAs.  They will do an investigation and correct found errors.
