This month marks my 9th rehab payment! YAY!!! So now what?? Do I need to call them- or do they adutomatically submit for a bank to buy my loan? I want to make sure I do this right so I can GET OUT of this rehab situation and hopefully have lower payments.
Make sure you have all of your forms filled out, and keep making payments until your laon is picked up by a new lender. When your account is rehabbed you will recieve letters from the guarantee agency notifying you of your new lender.
