Nelnet Goodwill Letter

A while ago someone posted that they had contacts to send in a goodwill letter. I just wondered if anyone has had success with getting lates removed- and if so,what was the process. I've written, called, and emailed. They put on my credit consumer disputes after resolution- which is the opposite of what you want on your credit. Those I'm getting removed.

Yes, someone posted a while back that they had contacts to write a goodwill letter to Nelnet to have a late remark removed from their credit report. I really need help with this. Does anyone have a specific contact they are working with there to get these reversed?
