Quick question...
I disputed a Sallie Mae account with EX because, after successful rehabilitation, they failed to remove "Claim filed with government."
I just noticed that the dispute came back verified, the remarks remain, and now AUG 2012, which was formerly listed as "CO" is now listed "OK" with SEPT 2012 being CO. The "date to be removed" jumped to SEPT 2019, from APR 2018.
This is re-aging, correct?
I sent a letter to Sallie Mae telling them this happened and asked that they either repair it or remove the tradeline. I'm not holding out hope. Depending on what Sallie Mae does, what are my options if it comes back verified?
