Sallie mae late negatives, when should they fall off?

Hi everyone, I am a bit of a newbie and I am still a bit confused about when late negatives will fall off my report.  I have two Sallie Mae loans that I defaulted on back in 2007.  After the default, the loans were sold to another lender.  I went through a loan rehab with the new lender and completed it successfully, at which time it was sold to a third lender. I haven't missed a payment since it was sold to the second lender, but I never made another payment to Sallie Mae.  The Sallie Mae loan shows on my credit report as "Pays as Agreed", "current closed", and "transferred to another lender or claim purchased".  The date of first delinquincy appears to be January 2006. I have been waiting for the negative lates to fall off.  As of this month (April 2013), on the credit reports from Transunion and Experian, all of the lates fell off from date of first delinquincy through April 2007 (the date it was sold to the other lender).  However, on my Equifax credit report, it lists some of the lates falling off, but not the ones from September 2006 through April 2007.  Are the Transunion and Experian reports accurate or is the Equifax report accurate? I would like to write Equifax to dispute it but not if it is actually correct and could cause Sallie Mae to start reporting correctly to Transunion and Experian as well.

Thanks in advance for any help clarifying this for me.

Eq might just be taking a little longer to update. Technically they have 7.5 years from DOFD to report, which would put the drop date in July. Given that Tu and Ex areare already gone, you might just want to wait it out. I'd bet this is gone from Eq in another month or so.

Thank you! I really hope that is all it is, I was confused about when they come off, and told on another forum that I would have to wait for each late's respective 7 year mark before I would be completely late-free.
