You havent really asked a question... But Im gonn assume you need help getting the lates removed. You can always try writing goodwill letters and asking your account holder to "please remove the lates". Some on these boards have been able to rehab their late marks (same way you would a defaulted loan. otherwise you will just have to apply for a mortgage with those lates. Being 4 years old i dont imagine them having a great impact on your score.
