Uh-oh! Sorry this has happened to you. Is it a private or federal loan? I'm going to assume you're a student, sorry if you aren't. If If it is federal you need to speak with your financial aid office ASAP and notify the Department of Education. If you know what loan provider through the federal gov. has issued the loan, contact them as well! If it is private, contact the private lender and maybe the IRS too.
If it's on your credit report it most likely has the name and contact information of the lender.
