2 months and no changes?

I have had an old cell phone bill that was reporting as a foreclosure changed to a bad debt collection dont know how much that will help, but i have also paid down all my CC accounts, auto and student loan and yet no change in my score for over 2 months.  Ive called all and they say they are reporting the updates however i see no change in my score can anyone help me out here?

Changing the cell phone bill won't help.

Paying down the loans wouldn't help the score but paying down the CCs will. Do you see the new balances on your reports from here?

nope not at all they are still reporting the old balances.  I paid 3 CC completely off and they are still reporting balances, well have not updated and its been months.

What date(s) did you pay off the CCs?

Re: 2 months and no changes?

beginning of jan sometime.  I spoke with one of them and they say that are reporting a 0 balance with all three and the other two said they would be updated at the end of the month and that was in jan.  I look at my report and see nothing has been updated since nov, even though i contacted all my CCC's now and spoke with other reps about my loans.  My balance on my auto loan is about 1000 less that what is being reported and my student loan is more than 300 less than what is being reported and almost paid off in full.
