21 Pt drop, why

I just checked my fico score on tu and have the drop. It says I recently missed a payment (I have not) it says it is 2years and 3 months ago. This is the second thing hurting my score. I dont understand. I have went over this report and last report there are no other differences.

1) What is your difference in % utility? 9 times out of 10 this is the scoring difference if you have no new accounts or inquiries.
 
2) What is your length of credit and average age on this report versus the last report? You may have been rebucketed.
