I just received my new updated 3b report. Why is my real time scores higher then the 3b report? Which one should I go by?
Actually the report is more real time than the monitored FICO 8 scores, at least at the moment that it's pulled.
myFICO will update your real time FICO 8 scores with the report ones in my experience.

All reports/scores should be time-stamped in one form or another. If a variance exists between the two reports/scores, it's simply because the time they were generated is different. This is of course assuming that the bureau data and scoring model are a constant, which in this case they are.
