I know this subject is very redundant for many of the experts here, but my first secured card was opened in late October of 2013, and tomorrow is April 1. Does FICO revert to the first of the month for the minimum of 6 months to create a score, or the actual date opened?
Thanks for any help, I was hoping to sign up for score watch as soon as possible.

As I understand it it's actually the 6th reported payment; which is a few days after your sixth statement typically.

Thank You Sir

If you opened your account in late October, the credit bureaus will report the opening date as the 1st of October. You will generate a FICO score exactly 6 months from this date. You should be able to generate a FICO score on April 1st. When I established credit, I monitored the situation very closely to determine exactly when a FICO score is first generated.
In reality, it will be less than 6 months. I was able to generate a FICO score, exactly 5 months and 10 days after applying for my first credit card.
Thanks Oilcan. Now, If I am lucky, Experian will finally generate a credit score for me.
