MyFICO just alerted me to a 9 point drop when my new American Express Gold Card finally started reporting. It went from 703 to 694. My AAoA prior to this addition was 11 years 3 months, so I don't think this caused a huge change there. Does this much drop sound right? Will it take long to get those points back?
1) Before and after AAOA
2) Last revolver opened before this one.
3) Did the Amex report with a balance or $0?
Even maybe AAORA too, we apparently missed a step with FICO 8 and still trying to nail down what's up. Last account opened before this one too if it wasn't a revolver. Sorry lot of data requests but it's generating a lot of debate recently.

All answers are for Equifax:
1) Before AAOA is 11 years 3 months. After is difficult for me to figure out. I'll say this, MyFICO shows 13 revolvers, 28 installment loans (this is mostly because student loans used to be a bunch of individual accounts and are now consolidated), and 11 bank issued credit card accounts. It lists my AAOA as 11 years 3 months, my oldest account at 26 years 2 months, and my newest account at 1 month.
2) Last revolver opened was NFCU Cash Rewards and it reported to EQ 8 days ago. Before that was Discover and it reported 27 days ago. Before that was an Ollo Card that reported about 2 months ago. (This was a part of an app spree designed to increase my available credit). This Amex Gold just started reporting today (that's when I got the alert, though it says first reported 4/1/20 and NFCU also says first reported 4/1/20).
3) Amex reported my current balance of $200. I was about to pay that balance, though the due date is May 10. I wish I'd just paid it! (Incidentally, the alert listed it as a credit card (as opposed to a charge card). Similarly, CK (for whatever it's worth) also alerted me to the new account and it lists it as a revolving credit card when it's actually the NPSL variety.)
Also, just to add the DP. When MyFICO alerted me to the Discover card in March, it had no score effect. When it alerted me to the NFCU, it added 2 points. Now it alerts me to the Amex Gold and it takes away 9 points. If I understand things correctly, I should absorb the score loss in a few months and I'll get the benefit of new, good payment history.
Finally, if it's about data, some other DPs: EQ is (now) 694, EX is 680, TU is 684. All FICO 8. I have no collections, no judgments, etc. I have four paid charge offs circa 2016-early 2018. I have late payments on my two active Cap One cards from 2016 - 2018 (total of 6 30s and 6 60s on EQ with the 60s more than 2 years old and the newest 30 from 17 months ago). My utilization is at 3% and no cards are more than 9%. I have a new Wells Fargo VISA with a $6500 SL that is not reporting anywhere just yet (according to MyFICO), but it should report soon. It's halfway through the second statement cycle and it may even be that it has reported, but I've not yet gotten the alert.
