Hey I'm thinking about deleting myself from my wife credit cards. Before , we just added each other to all of our credit cards. I didn't really know about utilization or any benefits of being an AU. I always financed all of the cars and houses and my wife does only the credit cards...
Here my profile.
Income 125,000
Amex Hilton 15,000 open Feb 2015
Amex platinum open March 2015
Capital One 5k open Aug 2014
Capital One Spark 5k open Sept 2014
Utilization under 10%
I'm a AU on my wife.
Citi Prestige 15k Aug 2014
Cap1 Venture 15k March 2014
Chase Disney Sig. 13k Aug 2014
Barclay Arrival Plus World MC 8k Feb 2015
Cap1 QS Sig. 5k March 2015
I was going to remove myself from all of her account and apply for one more credit card under my name...the reason for removing is that I'm showing a lot of cc accounts on my credit report. I don't know if it's helping or not, but it was never the intention of helping my score, but just adding me for the spending help...
My score are in the low 700's across the board...
Would removing me from all of my wife account hurt my credit scores?

It might affect your overall utilization and therefore cause a drop in your scores but it would be marginal.
