And there are probably more which either I overlooked, or which do not appear in the printouts we consumers can get. So I say baloney.
I see the 'Last Payment Date' listed with either $0 or the total payments made (PSCU, 1 card only) during the last cycle.
There's only two ways to tell actual activity here: Reported balance and 'Last Payment Date'. I'd rather have the 'Last Payment Date' + "Actual Amount Paid' showing, but Citi, Discover, and AMEX always report a $0 for the amount paid.
Reported balance doesn't tell the whole story. You're right about showing simple activity. But with Citi, Discover, and AMEX, if reported balance is $0, what was the activity amount? No way to tell between $20 or $1500, if the reported balance is $0.
I was talking about the full paper report which, as I recall, was more detailed than any of the online reports you and I can obtain, and probably less detailed than the data the lender gets. But it was easy to discern activity level of each account without regard to reported balance
You mean like something obtained through Desktop Underwriter (Fannie Mae link) ? I can believe that - METRO2 has fields for Last Payment Date and Amount Paid. Maybe it is filled in each month by Citi or Discover and ends up in some database somewhere.
The paper reports from annualcreditreport.com have the same data as the PDF's on EX/TU (data from PDF is what I posted) - but getting the so-called full report via myequifax.com (weekly now) doesn't show as much as detail as the paper one that came in postal mail.

for me the weekly reports in pdf are EQ and TU. I get the same format report for EX as I get on their app. Is there a way to get a pdf version of EX? It is a nightmare to SS the whole thing every week and review that way lol

The downloadable PDF through annualcreditreport.com is what I used for EX and TU.
EQ asks weird questions about my brother's ex-girlfriend's dog that I can't answer, so I stick to myequifax.com for what looks like a full credit report from the official site.

where do you find the pdf for EX? It is only the click and scroll through every item just like their website for me. Is it because I am on mobile?

Oh this could be it....mobile. I have always used annualcreditreport.com on my PC.
I'm surprised they don't warn you to save the information before navigating away, like they do on the desktop formatted site.
