AZEO works!

I started this process in February. My scores were 538, 548, 592. My goal was to get to 640 to take advantage of FHA down payment assistance in Idaho. I followed AZEO. 3 credit cards, paid 2 to zero, one at $30 (Limit $750) had a closed credit card - paid to zero. Have a jewelry revolving account - paid down so aggregate revolving would be less than 28%. Happy to report - scores are 640, 644, and 670. I am qualified!!! Can’t believe it. Thanks everyone... try to follow AZEO if you can if you are trying to buy a house. 2 scores moved over 100 points in 2 months!

Thanks OP for sharing this wonderful story and your DPs. Yes, AZEO does work miracles. Kudos to you for having a gameplan and sticking to it. Patience and persistence always win.

OP, congratulations on the solid score gains.  It may be a bit misleading though in saying essentially that AZEO in 2 months raised your scores 100 points.  It sounds like you got utilization under control and that you took a closed card that may have had a balance on it (seen as maxed out) and paid it off.  More typical gains seen in going to AZEO from something non-AZEO if other factors like utilization aren't changing could be to the tune of 10-15 points, say.  It's obviously very profile-dependent and it's great that you saw the results you did.  I just don't want anyone coming across this thread to expect a 100 point gain from AZEO implementation.
