That was my experience when I was doing AZEO for a couple of months.
The >5 points on my mortgage scores from it was exactly what I needed to get my middle morgage score to 740, Which got me a HELOC at prime+0%, the absolute lowest rate I could find in Texas.(I couldn't find a lender that offers lower that offers HELOCs in Texas)
Even one point lower and I'd have gotten a worse rate.

IMO, it just isn't worth bothering with AZEO unless a couple of extra points will get you a lower rate on a mortgage loan product.

Back to gardening until Late February 2026.
