This is a comment put in by the creditor.
Does this have an effect on my FICO score? If so, how much would it affect a score?
Thanks,

Whetther the account is closed by you or the creditor has no effect on your score.

Is there a way to get the creditors comment out of there?
Thanks,

I doubt it - as long as the closed account is not affecting your overall utility, closed will not matter. I have a Dell Computer account for 1500 dollars that I didnt even know I had until I got my credit reports! It says closed by creditor, but it still looks like a good account so i'm happy about it.
PS: The limit was 1500 and nothing was ever charged.

Even if it's possible (and I don't know if it is) I'm not sure why you would go through the effort of getting it removed if it doesn't mean anything to your scores.
