Aggregate UTI and COs

I know I read about UTI and COs someplace...but cannot find it.

When figuring current Agg UTI do you add all CO CLs even if the balance is $0 and the account is closed?

No. If it's closed with a $0 balance then its no longer included in util. Only COs with an outstanding balance are considered.
