@barca wait a minute is that your 5/4 reason codes? If so, yes you are receiving a point loss for having all revolvers at zero! Once a small balance reports the scores will go up!
The pic I showed above is dated 11/14/2020.
I ran another 3B report on 12/8/2030
with AZEO 7% utilization
I got same results with same reason codes
What type of card/account did you use for AZEO?

I normally use my BAC cash rewards for AZEO.
credit limit = 99.9K
balance reported = 7K
or maybe because of the high limit - it is ignoring the card?
remember this thread -- question about high credit lines excluded from FICO8 scoring
If it's a mortgage score, yes I believe it is being excluded. I believe BM puts the max CL somewhere in the $26k-$29k range or so as highest you can go before it gets ignored. If you try switching that AZEO card to major bankcard with a limit lower than that I think your points would return.

@barca please tell me what card is being used for AZEO and what's it's credit limit, because it's being excluded.
is it above $35,000 credit limit?
@barca I responded before I read the subsequent posts. Yes that card is being excluded, you are receiving an AZ loss. You need to use a card with a credit limit under $26,000. And watch the points come when it reports!
Utilization is really irrelevant, it goes by revolving balances, I believe, and cards with a credit limit over $26,000 may be excluded from mortgage score revolving balances.
@barca actually for 5/4 it's $35,000 and above, but for EX2, the cut off is somewhere between $26,000 - $29,000.
When I hit all cards at zero back in the spring of 2019, my scores dropped an average of 22 points. The smallest drop was 3 points, and the largest drop was 48 points. One score gained 4 points.
