Anyone else having trouble with the experian monthly membership?

I waited 30 days for the countdown to hit zero for my new 3 bureau credit reports and fico scores but I keep getting "An error occurred and we are currently unable to process your request." I called them and all they can say is they are aware of the situation now and that they will expedite it to the correct team. Do you think I should pursue trying to get a prorated credit from experian from the $20 something dollar monthly membership? I mean, this is what I wait for lol.

I would definitely request a refund for this month.  But this is interesting as there was a post a few days back that stated EX no longer offered the 3B and I assumed that was incorrect.  I have about a week left for mine and will see.

I was just able to update my free monthly 1B Experian report without issue.

My EX 3B went through fine today!
