CA pulling after pay in full?

I paid a CA in full several months ago.  Prior to that they were pulling my credit once a month.  However, after I paid them in full they are still pulling my credit every month.  I thought once I paid them in full they weren't allowed to pull my credit anymore?  It is seriously hurting my score I think.

I would say dispute those inquiries, and send the CA a nasty-gram about the credit reporting laws and permissible purpose.

Do you mean updating or hard, soft inq, ect..
