CHARGE OFF NOT THERE ON FICO STIMULATOR?

Hi there, wonder if anyone can explain this....

I have a charge off..its listed as one on all 3 cras..

HOWEVER..when I do the fico.. simulator "pay of delinquent debts" with Equifax it says I have no delinquent debts $0 ..Transunion however lists the full ammount on the simultor ?

I can't figure out why one would have it and one wouldn't when it is right there red flagged on my account on all the credit reports.

Oddly my TU score is70 points LOWER then my Equifax .

Sounds like TU has an amount in the "past due" section of the account. EQ does not.

The dollar amount is likly included in the revolving balance--so check there.

Hi Tim,

I checked and its not there

"You currently have a combined Revolving/Open Account balance of ......."

both tu and eq report the same ammount...which is just the credit cards balance total, neither includes the charge off .

weird..???
