CO or IIB?

Did anyone notice a score change after going through all the disputes to get status of chargeoff accounts changed to IIB?

Re: CO or IIB?

My significant other had a BK and spent a lot of time time tending her CR's - making sure that everything was corrected to be IIB and asking for all the GW she could garner. (She had a pertty good story.) She was not paying attention to her scores at the time as the news was really bad, so I cannot tell you what the immediate results were. The BK had now dropped from her CR's and her FICO's are in the 820+ range. Bottom line: Do your heavy lifting now. Even if it does not immediately impact your FICO's it will matter to any potential lender's opinion of you on a manual review. You might just need a mortgage!

There is hope, but it will take both effort and time!
