Change in status from "Closed by Credit Grantor" to "Closed by Subscriber"

One of my old, closed TLs (Pre BK7 in 2004) just updated from "Canceled by credit grantor" to "Account closed by consumer"  there were some 60 day late pays in 2003, which still show up on EFX, but not the others.  Does this change in status help my score at all?
