Charge cards scoring?

I'm new to personal Amex charge cards, so please bear with me if this question has been asked and answered. I just want to make sure I get it right.

In FICO 8 and FICO 9,

-charge cards are not factored into overall percentage utilization

-individual percentage utilization of charge cards is not a scoring component

-charge cards do count towards the scoring component of number of accounts reporting balances

Correct?

I believe they count toward this one in every scoring model.
