Checking account balances?

Does my checking accounts available balance have anything to do with my credit score?

Is this a factor?

That would be another issue entirely.

Although it will not effect your credit score at the three bureaus, It almost always would be reported to ChexSystems which is kind of like a credit bureau for the banking industry.  Having a history of bounced checks / negatives might mean you have problems opening accounts in the future.

But one or two negative days where you make a deposit and clear that up quickly won't hurt you other than the fees.
