Its a perk to keep track of your score for free. Whichever each bank offers for FICO scores. No need to "turn it off". Unless you want to pay for the same scores. Just dont click on it.

I don't know specifically for Citi, but is not there not a button that says opt-out/disable anywhere on that page?


























Thank you GZG, but I can't find such option in my Citi account. However, I ended up contacting Citi and they put a stop to it on my account. And also opted me out of all other desperate marketing. All good now!
