Confused about score drop.

The OP's AoOA changed from 2 years and 11 months to 3 years. Does anyone know whether this could  cause  rebucketing (change in scorecard)?

Well my Fidelity Visa account reported today, and Experian says I'm at 0% Utilization. About $70/$27000. Does that 0% mean im taking a big score hit? Also score dropped 693--->689 with this new account.

No. Fico always rounds up.  So  Fico sees $70/$27000  as 1%.
